Avon Sunshine Stamped...happily surprised!

Hello everyone,

Anyone who knows me, know that i'm a huge fan of purple & pink polishes.  In fact most my collection is comprised of purples & pinks because that's what I gravitate to.  I usually have to force myself to go out my comfort zone to purchase other colors.  Well, today I wanted to go out of my comfort zone & share with you a beautiful YELLOW polish by Avon called Sunshine.
I was very nervous to even try this polish because I have deep dark brown skin & I was afraid I would look ridiculous wearing it, but I saw one of my Instagram buddies post some pictures of her wearing yellow a few days ago & it looks stunning on her brown skin.  I'm so glad I did because I think it looks amazing on me!!
I decided to add some stamping with my Cheekly X-Large plate A for fun

I have to admit I was very surprised with the application for this polish.  Although it was a bit runny, I thought it would be a lot worse than it was.  There were no cuticle flooding issues if I used very little polish on the brush.  Below you will see 2 coats of Sunshine without a top coat because I knew I would be stamping over this polish.  The color is super vibrant & the perfect "Sunshine" yellow.

Next I pulled out my Cheeky X-Large image plate A & stamped using Kleancolor Black.  I decided to make it a little more edgy by giving it black french tips & I love the outcome.

FYI:  I will be doing a review on these plates in the near future.  So what do you guys think?  I would love to hear from you.

Thanks for reading...

Crystal

That looks awesome with your skin color. I don't think I have a yellow in my stash but my hubby doesn't like yellow so I don't wear it. He called me a banana one time when I was wearing a yellow jogging suit! lol
